All of my closest girl friends from Greenville threw me the best shower! It was at Charlene's house and just the five of us got together for some baby fun! As usual, Charlene went above and beyond with the food and decorations...she did an amazing job and everything looked great. We played a few baby shower games: word unscramble, baby food taste test, and guess how many diapers were used to create the diaper cake. David, Charlene's husband, even joined in on the taste testing game! Melissa kicked everyone's butt in the baby food game and I came in dead last! Some of the flavors were disgusting...how can we feed that to children????
After the shower, we rounded up the guys and we went to Chili's for dinner. It was wonderful to sit down as "the gang" and talk about what has been going on in our lives. It was great to see everyone; it had been too long since we had last got together. Tim and I can't wait to see everyone again once Sydney is born!
